A list of your portal's users can be viewed by clicking on the Campus Directory link on the page footer.
You may determineiwhether additional information will also be displayed in the Campus Directory by selecting the Show me in campus directory checkbox on the Privacy Settings tab from My Info.
When this checkbox is selected, your name with the
icon is displayed in the Campus Directory,
which indicates that, according to the permission set by the Site Administrator,
certain roles are able to click on the icon to view your My
Info details. If you do not choose this checkbox, your name does
not appear in the Campus Directory.
By clicking on the Campus Directory link displayed in the footer, you have the ability to either Browse or Search for a specific name.
Click on the Browse tab.
Select a role for which you would like to see all names displayed (such as Students) from the drop-down menu.
A list of everybody associated
with that role is displayed and, if the
My Info
Popup icon is displayed next to a name, you can click on it to
view additional information related to that person.
Click on the Search tab.
Enter the first name and/or last name of a person you would like to search for within the campus directory.
Click the Search button.
